Better By Design has installed over 100 vision systems

in the last 2 years and is a certified integrator for

Cognex and DVT vision systems. Our systems range from

hand-loaded, single camera systems to high-speed,

bowl fed systems with multiple cameras.

We have worked with the simple parts presence sensors,

high resolution cameras for gauging, color systems for

difficult presence/absence applications, and high speed

cameras capable of part speeds of up to 350 parts per minute.

Our ability to provide a turn-key machine allows us to implement

vision effectively into your process and design the assembly

and other operations to work with the vision rather than an

afterthought. We can provide a complete vision inspection

solution for your new applications or add it to your current

process or existing machine.

We have a well stocked vision lab with lighting and lens

choices to provide a feasibility study on your application.
