Better By Design
has developed test systems for parts ranging
from simple injection molded
reservoirs to fully assembled meter
assemblies. Our Leak Test Systems have
utilized pressure decay,
mass flow, and differential pressure methods at
pressures from
10 - 1,500 p.s.i. We can
utilize off-the-shelf test units or
design
specialized test circuits for unique
applications.
We have built very simple
bench top units as well as
easily tooled,   Some
systems
are fully functional testers that run
the product
completely through it cycle while monitoring
items
such as motor current, load cell values, or positioning.
Many of these systems interact with
Database's to either
pull down the test parameters or to
log the actual test
results for part tracking. We can work
with you to
incorporate additional technologies such as
vision inspection or other assembly operations as well.
