10 Second Changeover
When responding to a customer base who orders in smaller quantities, more frequently, and with short delivery times, flexibility and set-up time are critical to the economics of production. In this system, our creative lazy Susan tool changer allows a product changeover in just 10 seconds. All air and electrical connections are controlled automatically while the PLC controller checks which product tool is in place and changes the program appropriately. Up to 6 different tool sets can be accommodated on the 1 meter square work platform giving your process and operator a high level of flexibility and agility to respond to even the most modest quantities with the highest level of efficiency.
