High Speed Bolt Inspection
This high speed (240 parts/min) system dispenses bolts, uses 360 degree vision inspection to inspect for and eliminate thread defects, assembles and appropriate washer and sleeve and counts into a waiting box. Six (6) vision cameras check the parts as they pass over the circular light. Accepted parts are passed to the assembly system and then to the packaging.
