Your dentist gives you a new tooth brush when you get a check-up. That brush can be in any number of colors, shapes, or bristle configurations as well as having the dentist’s name and contact information on the brush handle. This system allows for customization of multiple small customized orders every day, accepting the brushes, conditioning the plastic, printing the dentist information on the handle, curing the ink, and then placing the brush in the packaging. This system is capable of handling more than 100 individual product types, shapes, and colors with only a few seconds of tool change time. It is operator paced and contains vision inspection to help the operator.
