This vibratory bowl-fed system add-on supplies a wide variety of part configurations to a card packager. The operator in this video is randomly removing cards to simulate mis-feeds and to demonstrate the system feature that detects the absence of a card and adjusts the part feed to match. This system feeds product at over 70/minute, but the technology can be paced for faster processes and, of course, will feed perfectly paced to the packaging process in all instances.
