Handling plastic tubes at a rate of one every 2/3 second, heat forming the ends, and inserting a piston in one end is the hallmark of this machine. Taking precut tubes, forming one end with a tip that has a precise opening and shape using rotating heat controlled dies, and then inserting a piston and slitting the open end to a precise length produces tubes ready to be used by the animal husbandry business. Tip forms can be controlled by a simple die change, plunger depth can be programmed, as can the count to be delivered for packaging. Taking only about 1.5 sq meters of floor space, the operator only need keep the tube hopper and the plunger bowl filled and then bundle the pre-counted packaging quantities.
